Puget Sound Clean Air Agency requires advanced notification for structures to be demolished if the demolition is within in Pierce, King, Kitsap and Snohomish counties and if the project includes any of the following:

• removing 10 or more linear feet of friable asbestos
• removing 48 or more square feet of friable asbestos
• performing a demolition with a projected roof area greater than 120 square feet

Once all necessary notifications and amendments have been made to the Clean Air Agency, submit the notification (provided to you by the Agency) with a completed Building Permit Application to the Building Services Division for review and permitting.
