The purpose of the Building Services Division is to enforce State and Local Codes to protect the health and life safety of the city's citizens and visitors.

The Building Services Division provides information on city ordinances pertaining to building codes, plans, regulations, development, and zoning to architects, engineers, developers, contractors, homeowners, and citizens. The department assists in the permitting process and performs various plan reviews, site visits and inspections. 

The goal of the Building Services Division is to provide exceptional customer service in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
