*Due to budget reductions, the Police Department Administration office hours have changed.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to Noon, and from 1 pm to 5 pm

POLICE CITIZEN ACADEMY
The Police Department is hosting another Police Citizen's Academy this spring and is accepting applications at this time.
Applications can be obtained on the City and the Police Department web site or at the Police Department.
The Academy will be held from 6:30P to 8:30P starting on April 4th. Graduation will be held on May 30th. The classes will include a field trip to the 9-1-1 dispatch center and also to the range for firearms orientation and training. The classes will include the history of law enforcement, police equipment, use of force, crime prevention, investigations, traffic enforcement, patrol operations and evidence collection and forensics.
This is a great opportunity to learn how your department operates and to ask the Chief and its officer's questions.
