To report a street light needing repair, please record the number on the pole along with the location and contact Puget Sound Energy at (888) 225-5773 or by http://pse.com/accountsandservices/ServiceAlert/Pages/Street-Light-Problem.aspx .

It usually takes 2-3 days to repair, but can take up to a week. If you notice that the repair has not been done within a week, please do not hesitate to report the outages again.
